It lookes great but I've got an "unfinished" feeling of this one- and it is not because of the rough brushstrokes you used - I love them! - it's because of the background and colours.
It has a great potential.. just a litle more work on this..

i agree with mauro, this looks to huggy and not enough flesh rending eternal foee hatred. even their expressions look kind of uninterested, rather than filled with festering hatelike thay should be, as curlyhair said this pick has allot fo potential, you've got excellent lighting and anatomy, and we both know you could take this image allot further, if you call it done and write it off as a learning experience thats fien (i do that all the tiem cause i'm lazy) but i'd love to see this taken to its full potential.

Impressive work! The wings in the angel as in the demon are great! And the lighting it's all!

Maybe if you define a little more the edges this looks a lot better and I also think the faces need a little bit more of fight expression. Just is my personal taste.

i especially loved the way you handled the feathers on the good angel's (although he is fallen, satan is an angel too, right? ) wings
but it could have some more emotion on their faces reflecting the eternal conflict that result in them tearing eachothers throats

I like this painting alot, but imo the demon looks as though he has saved the Angel. Not battling it. So i would re-title the painting 'Salvation' or perhaps 'Redemption' Great work on the wings.
